Last month we were invited to Godalming College to partake in their Careers Fair for Year 10 students at surrounding schools. This was the first careers fair we have ever attended, and we weren’t quite sure what to expect, but the students were really enthusiastic! Over 100 of them took part in our competition to work out how many tiles would be needed for different areas with one lucky student winning a £20 voucher.
We took one of Site Supervisors, Chris (who is a former apprentice) and a current apprentice, Charlie as well as one of our Director’s, Karen with us to the event to help answer any questions the students might have.
